{"id":22823,"date":"2024-12-08T12:58:30","date_gmt":"2024-12-08T17:58:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/?p=22823"},"modified":"2025-01-08T08:18:09","modified_gmt":"2025-01-08T13:18:09","slug":"how-to-view-room-alert-data-groups","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/22823\/how-to-view-room-alert-data-groups\/","title":{"rendered":"How To View Room Alert Data Groups"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>What is a <em>Data Group<\/em>?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A <em>Data Group<\/em> is a saved collection of sensor channels from one or more Room Alert Monitors, <a href=\"https:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/22467\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Axis cameras<\/a>, and\/or <a href=\"https:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/21254\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ping devices<\/a>. You may choose to group your sensor channels according to their physical location, the type of equipment they&#8217;re monitoring, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From within a <em>Data Group<\/em>&#8216;s <em>Details <\/em>page, you can easily view the latest readings from your collection of sensors, check their alarm status, graph sensor data to track trends in your environment, and export historical sensor data for auditing purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To view your saved <em>Data Groups<\/em><\/strong>, <strong>please follow the instructions below<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Log in to your RoomAlert.com Account or Room Alert Manager. <ul><li>You may sign into your Room Alert Account at <a href=\"https:\/\/account.roomalert.com\/gateway\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/account.roomalert.com\/gateway<\/a><\/li><li>For instructions to access Room Alert Manager, please see our FAQ,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/19834\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">How to Open Room Alert Manager\u2019s Web Interface<\/a>.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>In the navigation bar to the left, select <strong>Sensor Data and Reports <\/strong>&#8211;&gt;
