For more information, please see our FAQ,\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/19834\/\" target=\"_blank\">How to Open Room Alert Manager\u2019s Web Interface<\/a>.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>In order to configure device credentials in Room Alert Manager, you must log in as an admin or manager-level user.<ul><li>For more information, please see the \u201cTypes of user roles\u201d section of our FAQ,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/20112\/how-to-configure-users-in-room-alert-manager\/#types\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">How To Configure Users In Room Alert Manager<\/a>.<\/li><li>Additionally, if you are logged in as a manager-level user, the devices must be within your assigned device groups. Manager<\/a>.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>In Room Alert Manager&#8217;s interface, navigate to <em>Devices<\/em> &#8211;> <em>Room Alert Monitors<\/em>.<br><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" noopener\">How To Discover Devices With Room Alert Manager<\/a>.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Select the ellipses next to the device and then select <strong>Update Credentials<\/strong>.<br><img Credentials <\/em>Form.<br><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"413\" height=\"419\" class=\"wp-image-21735\" style=\"width: 300px;\" src=\"https:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/RAMDeviceCredsForm.png\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/RAMDeviceCredsForm.png 413w, https:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/RAMDeviceCredsForm-296x300.png 296w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 413px) 100vw, 413px\" \/><ul><li>The top of the form lists the device name, device model, MAC address and IP address.<\/li><li><em>Last Updated<\/em> shows the last time that the device credentials were updated in Room Alert Manager. <ul><li>This field is blank if you haven&#8217;t yet saved credentials for this device in Room Alert Manager.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>When left blank, the <em>Username<\/em> defaults to <strong>admin<\/strong>.<ul><li>The username for the Room Alert 3W is always <em>admin<\/em> (this cannot be changed on the device).<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>When left blank, the <em>Password<\/em> defaults to <strong>password<\/strong> (or PASSWORD for the Room Alert 3W)<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>To change the credentials, select <strong>Edit<\/strong>.<br><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"475\" height=\"277\" class=\"wp-image-21736\" style=\"width: 300px;\" src=\"https:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/RAM_EditCreds.png\" alt=\"\" sizes=\"(max-width: 475px) 100vw, 475px\" \/><ul><li>Enter the device&#8217;s username and password.<ul><li>Select <em>Reset To Device&#8217;s Default Credentials<\/em> to set both fields back to the defaults (admin, password).<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>When you&#8217;re done, select <strong>Save Changes<\/strong>. <br><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"205\" height=\"66\"
