Not Pushing<\/em> alerts replaced Inactive<\/em> alerts at RoomAlert.com. If you previously had an Inactive<\/em> alert saved in your account, it was automatically converted to a Not Pushing<\/em> alert. Although the alert looks a little different, it does the same job.<\/p>\n\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n

By default, your Room Alert Monitor pushes sensor data to RoomAlert.com on a schedule of once per hour. Your Room Alert Monitor also pushes new data when it detects changing sensor readings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/span>What does 'Not Pushing' mean?<\/div>
\n\n\n\n

If your RoomAlert.com account stops receiving push data from your device, its status will change to Not Pushing<\/em>. This means that your account is no longer receiving the most up-to-date sensor data from the device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are a number of factors that can cause your device to stop pushing to RoomAlert.com. To diagnose the issue, please see our Frequently Asked Question, How To Troubleshoot A Room Alert Monitor\u2019s Sensor Data Pushes Not Getting Through To RoomAlert.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s also possible for an individual sensor to be listed as Not Pushing, <\/em>even if the device it’s connected to is Pushing<\/em>. This usually means that the sensor was physically disconnected from the Room Alert Monitor.<\/p>\n\n\n<\/div><\/div>
