Log in to your account at <a href=\"http:\/\/roomalert.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">RoomAlert.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\"><em>In order to edit parts of an alert, you must log in as an admin-level or operator-level user. For more information, please see the \u201cTypes of user roles\u201d section of our FAQ, <a href=\"https:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/23734\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">How To Manage User Access To Your RoomAlert.com Account<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">2. Select <strong>Alerts<\/strong> from the navigation bar to the left.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">3. In your <em>Alert List<\/em> tab, you&#8217;ll see a list of all of your configured alerts. First, place your cursor over an action to pull up the delete, edit, and test&nbsp;icons.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">2. (Optional) You may&nbsp;cap the number of times the action is performed by selecting&nbsp;the <strong>stop after X times<\/strong> check box.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">&#8211; Enter a maximum number of reminders in the field. In our example, when the alert is triggered, we will receive one &#8220;Alert Triggered&#8221; notification.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">&#8211; We&#8217;ll then receive an &#8220;Alert Ongoing&#8221; reminder every 10 minutes, which will stop after 3 times.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">&#8211; If a user in our account acknowledges the alert, the notifications will stop.
